Livestock Support

  • Euroa Saleyards (52-56 Sutherland St, Euroa) is open for residents to relocate Livestock. Contact Strathbogie Shire Council for more information on 03 5795 0000.

  • Paddock in Arcadia South: 80 acres of grass paddocks available Arcadia South for cattle.

Hay, Feed and Livestock essentials

  • DownieCorp Machinery team are coordinating with NEED for FEED to distribute hay. Contact Michael Downie from Aussie Hay Sales on 0458 241 242

  • Call Coll on 0427 920 245 for feed access. This is in cooperation with Elders, NutrienAg and Rodwells

  • Horseland are offering horse owners impacted by fires free essentials including Saxon Economy Headstalls, Roma Continental Lead Ropes, Saxon Buzz Away Fly Masks (Standard), Kincade Standard Haynets, Bainbridge 11L Feed Buckets. Pick up at Horseland stores across Victoria (closest to Euroa is Horseland Shepparton- 26 Benalla Road, Shepparton)

  • Longwood Bushfire Fodder and Fencing Depot, located on Middlemiss Rd, Longwood, is a community-run depot, providing fodder, fencing materials and essential supplies for people and animals affected by the Longwood bushfires. Follow their Facebook page here for more information.

Fencing

  • BlazeAid are opening a base camp for the Longwood fires, at the Euroa Showgrounds. You can view more information here including organiser details and how to get involved/supported.

Livestock locating, dispatching and destruction

  • VicGame Harvesting are offering support to locate and dispatch animals. Call Blake on 0474 117 843

  • If you have Livestock that are sick, injured or require euthanasia, contact 1800 226 226

  • Trelly's are coordinating .22 ammunition and professionals offering assistance with livestock destruction. Contact 0488 409 789 or Trelly's on 03 5821 6572. They are working with Burtons IGA Euroa and you can drop in to 75 Binney St, or call 03 5795 2004


Household items

  • Ray White Euroa is coordinating requests for donations for household items and essentials. The website form for Ray White Euroa is here

 

Accommodation support

  • Contact Brendan Allen at Elders Real Estate on 0499 229 007 or brendan.allen@elders.com.au if you need temporary accommodation. 

  • Euroa Caravan Park is now open and taking bookings for anyone who needs to evacuate or needs somewhere to stay. Bookings available here or call 03 5795 2160.

  • Emergency Fire Fighting supplies: Go to Trotters Mitre 10 or call after hours on 0436 011 185

  • Assistance from fires, emotional support, shower, cold drinks or general relief: Contact Euroa Medical Family Practice on 03 5795 2011 

  • Free use of laundromat for fire affected people: Contact Sav's Laundromat on 03 5795 3148

  • Danny Green is offering horticulture assistance, property recovery or a helping hand with clean up for those affected by bushfires. Call Danny on 0482 848 896

  • G & J Tree Service are offering support for post burn clean-up, fire access and breaks, pre-fuel reduction. Call 0474 107 631 for a chat and assessment. 

  • Faithfulls Creek, with RB Sellars are putting care packs together of clothes for community members impacted by fires. You can drop into their shop at 71 Railway Street (open from 9am) and if you need after hours support you can contact Sooz and Jim on 0499 015 240.

  • TENEX have excavators, front-end loaders, float, 12t tipper with tag trailer available for use at no charge for fire affected community members. Please contact Matt on 0417 232 272

  • Commonwealth Bank are offering emergency assistance to customers. More details can be accessed here. 

  • Once safe for post clean up only - Rob's Mini Diggers is making himself and gear available including ute,trailer, tools. Once open truck and machines will be available. Call Rob on 0428 597 861 to see what is appropriate.

  • MensLine Australia: They offer free telephone and online counselling service for Australian men, anywhere, anytime. Call 1300 78 99 78

  • Nurse-on-Call: Call 1300 606 024 (not to be used in emergency)

  • GMP Therapy are offering free phone calls to those impacted by local fires. Gemma can also provide free group debriefs and has some space for bulk bills for ongoing therapy for impacted individuals. Contact Gemma on 0472 716 911 or at therapygmp@gmail.com.

Pet Sitting

  • Mya Raven-Luck is a local pet sitter in Euroa and is offering to look after community member's pets who are displaced and need pet support. More details here.

  • Elliot Paterson is offering at home animal care services for the next fortnight (from 12 Jan 2026) to anyone in Euroa township who is unable to come back to town to look after their animals. Contact Elliot at 0416 159 997 or whataspiffyday@gmail.com
